VolFix Creator & Partner Policy

Creator & Partner Policy

General program terms

Version 1.3 | Acceptance through the partnership form. This policy governs the VolFix Creator Partnership / Influencer Program. By submitting a partnership application through a form that presents or links to this policy and states that submission constitutes acceptance, the applicant agrees to follow it. No handwritten or electronic signature on this policy is required. Program admission and benefit activation remain subject to VolFix confirmation.

1. Parties, purpose and definitions

1.1 "VolFix" means VOLFIX LIMITED, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. "Partner" means the individual or entity applying to or admitted to the program. An applicant acting for an entity confirms authority to accept these terms for it.

1.2 "Marks" means the VolFix name, logos and trademarks. "Business day" means a weekday excluding public holidays in England. An individual project agreement, including a separately signed Schedule A, applies only to the parties and project it identifies.

1.3 "Affiliate activity" means optional promotion using a VolFix-issued referral link or code. "Qualifying purchase" means each completed, paid VolFix platform subscription purchase by an eligible customer assigned under section 4, including the first purchase, subsequent purchases and renewals, net of refunds or chargebacks. Trial registration alone does not earn commission.

2. Acceptance and order of precedence

2.1 Applicants must provide accurate identity and contact details, have legal capacity and be at least 18. The form must make this policy available to read and retain before submission and clearly state: "By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and agree to the VolFix Creator & Partner Policy." VolFix will retain the accepted version and submission record. Payment, tax and identity verification may be requested securely; the Partner must keep details current.

2.2 A separately signed project agreement prevails over conflicting provisions of this general policy within its stated scope. This policy governs general participation and affiliate compensation. Ordinary software-use and third-party service rules continue to apply except where expressly varied by a signed project agreement. Individual platform-extension exceptions confirmed in writing under section 4.1 prevail over the standard extension requirements to the extent expressly agreed.

2.3 Existing executed publication permissions remain effective. This policy does not revoke or narrow them. Special publication rights and project commitments require a separate written grant or agreement; applying to the program does not itself grant the author-specific permissions in Schedule A.

2.4 This version is not applied retroactively to a form submitted before it was presented. Existing partners may accept it through a new submission or another recorded electronic acceptance. No unpublished conditions or duty to give favorable coverage are implied. No duties are imposed on LMI, exchanges, brokers or other third parties.

3. Relationship and non-exclusivity

The Partner acts independently. Neither party may bind the other or claim an employment, agency or legal partnership relationship. The Partner may use, discuss and work with competitors. The standard content requirement for complimentary platform extensions is set out in section 4.1. There is no sales quota or exclusivity requirement. Individual partners may have different extension requirements agreed in writing under section 4.1.

Partner benefits & referral terms

4. VolFix benefits and optional affiliate participation

4.1 Platform access and extension. Under the standard creator arrangement, VolFix guarantees continuation of complimentary platform access for the agreed extension period when the Partner commits to and fulfils the requirement to publish at least five posts and/or videos each week showing the Partner working with, using or presenting the VolFix platform, and otherwise complies with this policy. VolFix confirms the extension period, license scope and participating channels in writing at activation. Extra exchange feeds or separately charged services are not automatically included.

Weekly content standard. Each qualifying item must visibly demonstrate or meaningfully present VolFix and include all five hashtags in its caption or description: #VolFix #OrderFlowTrading #MarketAnalysis #VolumeAnalysis #TradingTools. Any mix of posts and videos may meet the total of five. A week runs Monday through Sunday in the time zone confirmed at activation. Count distinct items; reposting the same item across channels does not count as additional content. Provide publication links on request. These hashtags do not replace required advertising or sponsorship disclosures.

Review and exceptions. VolFix may verify compliance before extending access. Missed weeks mean a further extension is not guaranteed; VolFix will explain the shortfall and may agree a remedy or exception in writing. No retroactive subscription charge arises. Academy materials, onboarding and a designated contact are available during the confirmed access period. Joint events, livestreams and other funded activities require a separately agreed scope.

Special circumstances and individual arrangements. VolFix may, at its discretion, waive or vary the standard platform-extension requirements for an individual Partner in special circumstances, including the weekly content volume, content format or hashtag requirements. Alternative requirements, deliverables, review arrangements and extension periods will be discussed separately with that Partner and confirmed in writing, including by email or a separate agreement. Only the requirements expressly identified are replaced; all other policy provisions continue to apply. An exception applies only to the named Partner and agreed period and does not create an entitlement for other partners.

4.2 Optional affiliate participation. Affiliate activity begins when VolFix confirms activation in writing and supplies the Partner's referral link or code. Applying does not guarantee acceptance or earnings. Affiliate participation is separate from any independently agreed book project or publication permission.

4.3 Commission. VolFix will pay 15% of the subscription price actually received on every qualifying purchase by an assigned customer, including first purchases, subsequent purchases and renewals, after customer discounts and excluding separately stated VAT/sales taxes and third-party exchange/data charges. Ordinary payment-processing costs are not deducted from that base.

4.4 Customer discounts. An eligible referred customer receives 15% off the first platform subscription purchase only. No partner-program discount applies to subsequent purchases or subscription renewals. Taxes and third-party charges are excluded. Offers do not stack unless VolFix expressly permits it; the customer may choose a better available offer without losing an otherwise valid referral assignment. The first-purchase-only discount does not limit the Partner's commission on subsequent qualifying purchases or renewals.

Referral tracking & commission payments 4.5 Attribution. A new customer who registers within 30 days of a genuine referral-link click is assigned to that Partner; if several partner links were clicked, the last valid click before registration applies. A VolFix-issued partner code used at first purchase can establish assignment where none exists. An existing valid assignment is not overwritten by a later link or code. Account assignment survives the cookie window and applies to subsequent purchases and renewals. Each purchase earns only one commission.

4.6 Tracking and corrections. VolFix will confirm assignments and qualifying purchases, including renewals, through available account reports or email and provide a monthly statement of eligible sales, adjustments and balances. Browser restrictions and cross-device use may prevent automatic tracking. The Partner may submit evidence within 60 days of the relevant statement or discovery of an omission; VolFix will investigate and give a reasoned response within 15 business days. Unnecessary customer personal data must not be shared.

5. Commission payment and adjustments

5.1 Request-only payouts; USD 200 minimum. VolFix sends commission only when the Partner requests payment and the Partner's eligible, cleared commission balance is at least USD 200. There are no automatic monthly payouts. Transactions clear after 30 calendar days without a refund or chargeback. If the balance is below USD 200, the Partner must wait until further earned commission brings it to that amount. Lower balances carry forward without expiry; they cannot be topped up with the Partner's own funds to meet the threshold.

Request and processing. Submit the payout request through the available partner account facility or to the designated VolFix partnership contact, identifying the partner account and payment details. VolFix will confirm receipt, check the cleared balance and required documents, and confirm the payment date. Payment is by bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. Requests below the threshold are not payable; the balance continues to accumulate.

Currency and records. The threshold is measured in USD. Commission arising from a non-USD purchase is converted to USD using the ECB reference rates, cross-converted where necessary, on the purchase payment date or the preceding published date. Any currency not covered requires a documented agreed rate. The statement shows the rate, calculation and adjustments. Monthly statements are accounting records, not automatic payout instructions.

5.2 Payment requires valid payment details and any legally required invoice or tax documentation. VolFix bears its own sending fees; receiving-bank fees remain the Partner's responsibility. Each party handles its own taxes; legally required withholding must be documented. A documentation delay suspends payment, not the earned balance. VolFix will notify the Partner of missing information.

5.3 Refunds and chargebacks reduce only the affected commission, proportionately for partial refunds. Fraud investigations may hold disputed amounts with reasons and updates; undisputed balances remain payable. VolFix may offset documented overpayments against future commissions. No unrelated earned commission is forfeited for a complaint, critical opinion or termination. Final settlement is governed by section 11.

Conduct, content & brand rules

6. Partner responsibilities

6.1 Accurate communication. Describe features, prices, compatibility, results and personal experience truthfully. Distinguish verified facts, interpretation and opinion. Check time-sensitive claims at publication and date platform comparisons. Correct substantiated material errors in the next practicable update; where a serious error remains in circulation, provide an accessible correction or erratum.

6.2 Responsible promotion. Do not promise profits, guaranteed trading success or risk-free trading, fabricate credentials or testimonials, or present simulated results as live results. Explain material limitations of examples. Identify educational content appropriately and use proportionate trading-risk notices where relevant. Do not hold yourself out as providing regulated services on VolFix's behalf.

6.3 Disclosure. Clearly disclose complimentary access, sponsorship, payment and affiliate compensation where relevant to an endorsement or recommendation and as required by law or the publication platform. Affiliate disclosure must appear near the link or recommendation. An independently supported publication should explain the support received and its editorial independence. VolFix will not request concealment of the relationship.

6.4 Prohibited acquisition practices. No self-referrals, fictitious customers, duplicate accounts, purchased fake engagement, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, spam, impersonation, unauthorized discount codes or hidden commission rebates. Do not copy VolFix's website or register confusing brand domains/social accounts. Paid advertisements promoting VolFix, including bidding on its brand names or misspellings, require prior written approval. These advertising restrictions do not prohibit ordinary editorial references or promotion of publications within any separately granted permissions.

6.5 Safety and lawful use. Protect login credentials; do not share accounts, bypass access controls or scrape/export data contrary to agreed rights. Respect privacy, intellectual property and applicable sanctions or territorial restrictions. Avoid unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or harassing promotion. A substantiated, fairly expressed unfavorable review is not prohibited conduct.

6.6 AI-assisted work. AI-assisted research and drafting are permitted with meaningful human verification, primary-source checking and responsibility for the final text. Do not invent citations, market observations or performance records. Describe the method transparently. Label simulation-based figures and distinguish them from real-market illustrations. Do not submit confidential VolFix material to external AI services without written permission.

7. Ownership and use of brand materials

7.1 VolFix retains its software, Marks and proprietary documentation. The Partner retains original manuscripts, simulation code, figures and other authored material. Providing drafts for accuracy review grants VolFix only the limited right to review and discuss them for this collaboration. They are solicited project materials, not unsolicited submissions subject to a general website reuse license.

7.2 During affiliate participation, the Partner may use supplied public marketing assets for accurate authorized promotion. Preserve logo proportions and avoid implying official representation. New co-branding, product endorsement claims or paid campaign materials require agreement. This limited promotional license is separate from the publication rights granted in a separate signed agreement.

7.3 VolFix may link to public partner content and accurately identify the collaboration. Reproducing chapters, translating or distributing partner works, using the Partner's likeness, running advertisements with their endorsement, or publishing a companion guide through VolFix Academy requires separate written permission. Neither party receives ownership merely by providing access, feedback or technical help.

Confidentiality & responsibility

8. Confidentiality and personal data

8.1 Each party will protect nonpublic material marked confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential, including unpublished manuscripts, credentials and designated technical details. Use is limited to this collaboration, with access only to personnel or advisers who need it and are bound to protect it. Exclusions cover public information, prior lawful knowledge, independent development and lawful third-party receipt.

8.2 VolFix must identify confidential technical details before sharing them; ordinary public platform behavior and the Partner's independently reached opinions are not confidential. The Partner may share this policy and publication permissions with publishers and professional advisers. Required sponsorship disclosures and lawful reports to authorities are permitted. Legally compelled disclosure is allowed, with advance notice where lawful.

8.3 Confidentiality lasts three years after termination; trade secrets remain protected while qualifying as such. Personal information must be used only as necessary for the relationship, protected appropriately and retained only for lawful purposes. Neither party acquires a customer mailing list or permission for unrelated marketing through referral reporting.

9. Performance, risk and responsibility

Both parties will use reasonable care in performing their agreed obligations. Trading involves risk; access, education and examples do not guarantee results. Technical review does not certify the entire book. Neither party guarantees sales, readership, uninterrupted systems or commercial success. Each is responsible for losses caused by its own breach under applicable law; there is no automatic indemnity for the other party's conduct. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Events beyond reasonable control require prompt notice and reasonable mitigation; accrued payments remain due.

Changes, exit & dispute resolution

10. Policy changes

VolFix will give at least 30 days' notice of material policy changes and make the new version available to retain. Continued participation after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated general terms; a Partner who does not agree may end participation before that date. Changes cannot retrospectively reduce earned commission or existing customer discounts, or amend a separately signed agreement or surviving publication grant. Mandatory legal or urgent security measures may take effect sooner only as necessary, with an explanation.

11. Suspension, termination and surviving rights

11.1 Either party may end active participation on 30 days' written notice. For an ordinary material breach, provide specific reasons and at least 15 business days to remedy it before termination. Fraud, unlawful use, credential compromise or a serious data/security risk permits immediate, proportionate suspension of affected access or activity, with prompt reasons and a review opportunity. Honest criticism, competitor coverage, low sales or manuscript delay alone are not grounds for punitive suspension.

11.2 On termination, stop new affiliate promotion and use of general promotional assets. Valid assignments remain eligible for commission on qualifying purchases, including renewals, made within 30 days after termination. Commission remains payable only on request with a cleared balance of at least USD 200 under section 5. Termination does not waive the threshold or trigger an automatic payout. A lower balance remains recorded without expiry and may be combined with later eligible commission if participation resumes; mandatory legal requirements remain applicable.

11.3 General complimentary access ends at the expiry of its confirmed period unless extended under section 4.1 or a separate agreement. Any separately agreed fixed access period and surviving publication rights remain governed by that agreement. Confidentiality, ownership, accrued commission balances and dispute provisions survive. Return or delete confidential material on request, except lawful archives and material retained under a surviving license.

12. Notices and disputes

Use the Partner's current application/contact email and the VolFix partnership contact identified in the admission confirmation for formal notices. Keep these details current. Seek resolution through good-faith discussion within 30 days of a written dispute notice. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes submitted to its courts, subject to mandatory rights that cannot be waived. Invalid provisions are severable. Assignment requires the other party's consent, not unreasonably withheld, and must not reduce accrued rights.
